Pine Heights Commercial Kitchen Services started in 1971 with three business partners, Jerry Griffin, Clyde Weaver and Hugh Sweeney. With a roll-your-sleeves-up work ethic and the American entrepreneurial spirit, Pine Heights Commercial Kitchen started serving the Baltimore area. Jerry, a US Army Veteran, was eager to create a partnership with Clyde Weaver and Hugh Sweeney.
